I am writing to share that I will be leaving Japan Post Information Technology Co., Ltd. on June 30, 2026, and embarking on a new chapter in my career starting July 1, 2026.
As I close this important chapter of my life, I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to all those who have been part of this journey.
🙏 A Message of Gratitude
During my time at Japan Post Information Technology, I had the privilege of working across a wide spectrum of financial systems — spanning banking, insurance, and securities — and ultimately had the honor of leading an organization of approximately 113 people. Over the course of my 25-year IT career, this is the place where I learned the most, grew the most, and formed the most meaningful connections.
To the team members who stood by me through the pressure of large-scale projects, to the managers and mentors who guided me with such warmth and wisdom, and to the colleagues and junior members who worked shoulder to shoulder with me through every challenge — thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
💼 The Days We Shared
There were countless moments when we hit walls — and countless moments when we broke through them together. The late nights managing system incidents, the tension in the final hours before a major release, the deep sense of accomplishment when a project crossed the finish line — every one of those experiences has become an irreplaceable part of who I am today.
The days we spent together, the challenges we overcame as one, and the trust we built over the years — these are the greatest assets I carry with me into the next stage of my career. Everything I learned here, and the spirit of the people I worked with, will continue to drive me forward no matter where I go.
🌟 Cheering You On from Afar
I sincerely wish Japan Post Information Technology Co., Ltd. continued growth, innovation, and success in the years ahead.
And to each and every one of you — I will be cheering you on from a distance, with warmth and genuine admiration for the work you do every day.
Thank you for everything. It has truly been an honor. 🙏
